Jenny is a mother, a primary carer, a support worker a support co Ordinator also the proud owner of
Clear Supports Disability Supports and Services.

Always putting her clients' goals and dreams first.
She is the heart and soul of Clear Supports.

Kate - Support Worker

Kate loves to have a laugh and spend time with family. She also enjoys meeting new people and experiencing new things. Kate always has a smile and loves helping others. Her happy place is on a river fishing.
Alison - Support Worker

Alison has been working most of her life in roles that involve working with people but her most satisfying job has been working in aged care as a disability support person.In her spare time Alison also enjoys country music and live shows. Alison also loves horses and competes in Western trail discipline.
Kerry - Support Worker

Kerry takes pride in helping and caring for people that need assistance in their homes and the community.
In her free time she love to garden, go camping and spend time with family.

She is a Registered Nurse with many years of experience in Aged Care
She is loving her new role as a support worker Joanna enjoys her horses and has recently been showing and winning ribbons in dressage
Shes a valued member of the CFA and has a great zest for life
Also great around the farm and loving the grand babies
Sally - Support Worker

Sally loves family and horses, owning her own horses a farm and takes local horse riders on trails throughout the Yarra Valley
She also loves bad mitten outdoors and her grandbabies
Peter- Support Worker

Pete has recently joined Clear Supports , he is enjoying helping clients to achieve their goals be it gardening, fishing, animals, cooking, hydro, swimming, life living skills, social community, home or personal care.
Pete loves dogs and has many of his own
Janine Support Worker

Janine is very experienced and comes highly qualified in both the disability and aged care sectors.
She loves to be with horses and her Bees; she is also a great cook and loves the garden.
She loves to build strong trusting relationships with our clients supporting individuals to achieve their goals in everyday life.

KEN Support Worker
​Ken has life lived experience working, living and understanding disability firsthand.
He is passionate about supports being done right and won't settle for second best.
Passionate about promoting independence and choice for everyone.
He has a calm, respectful, person-centered approach to care

Alysha Support Worker

Alysha loves to keep fit, the Gym, running, her dog, going to the beach cooking great food.
She is passionate about supporting people to have the best life and to have fun. My focus is dignity independence and person-centered care.
